WARRANTY

GENERAL WARNING:  Bicycling can be a hazardous activity even under the best circumstances. Proper inspection and maintenance of your bicycle and components is your responsibility as it helps reduce the risk of injury or death.

 WARNING:   Like any mechanical device a bicycle and its components are not indestructible and are subject to wear and stress. Without regard to the wording in the warranty, materials and mechanisms wear and fatigue from stress at different rates and have different life cycles. If a components life cycle is exceeded, the component can suddenly and catastrophically fail, causing serious injury or death to the rider. Scratches, cracks and discolouration are signs of stress-caused fatigue and indicate that a part is at the end of its useful life and needs to be replaced.

WARNING:   Rough or hard riding, jumping, trick riding, grinding, etc, places a great deal of stress on a bicycle. If you engage in such riding activities your bicycle frame and its components may require service maintenance, repair and/or replacement of parts earlier than might otherwise be thought necessary. The warranty provided is for a stated period of time. This is not a guarantee that the products will last the term of the warranty. The warranty is a measure of time within which the manufacturer will replace ( subject to any warranty condition or restriction) the subject part or component. The products useful life may be shorter than this period & must be carefully inspected before each ride and after any accident or fall. If any component exhibits wear, stress, cracks or other factors affecting its ability to perform properly, replace it immediately. 

WARNING:     Many bicycle service and repair tasks require special training, skill, knowledge and tools. Do not attempt any service or replacement of components unless you have the necessary qualifications. Improper service or replacement of parts may result in damage to the bicycle or component or cause an accident, which can cause serious injury or death. 

WARNING:    Damage to composite (carbon fibre) is difficult to visually identify. If the external surface is dented, frayed, gouged, deeply scratched, fractured, chipped or any other signs of damage or if a fork has suffered a crash or impact, even if no damage is visible the  forks should be replaced.

Unlike metal components, carbon composite parts that have been damaged may not bend, bulge or deform: a damaged part could still appear to be normal. After any high force load like a crash or other impact to your bicycle always inspect the bike thoroughly for any signs of damage. If you are the slightest bit unsure or if you have any doubts about the integrity of any component , do not ride the bicycle.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Dynamic BMX Australia Pty Ltd parts are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.  Dynamic BMX Australia Pty Ltd will repair or replace at our option, the defective part. This warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the components cannot be broken & will last forever. BICYCLE COMPONENTS WILL NOT LAST FOREVER.

Competition Bmx racing,  jumping, downhill racing, trick riding, trial riding, or riding in severe conditions can substantially shorten the useful product life cycle of any component. Any one or a combination of these conditions may result in an unpredictable failure of a Dynamic BMX  component that would not be covered by warranty.

This warranty does not cover the following:-

-      Products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained, misused, or abused or involved in    accidents.

-      Damage occurring during shipment of products (such claims must be directed to the carrier).

-       Damage to products resulting from improper fit or improper assembly.

-      Damage to products if repairs or fitment were undertaken by unqualified persons. (proof of repairer will be required)

-      Damage or deterioration to the surface finishes aesthetics of appearance of the product.

-      The labour required to remove, re-fit or re-adjust the product.

-      Normal wear and tear. It is the owners responsibility to inspect his or her bicycle before each & every ride.

-      Bent forks.

-      Components used for competition use. BMX racing,  jumping, downhill racing, trick riding, trial riding, or riding in severe conditions.

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the component.

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty.
