These Term & Conditions tell you the rights & obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms & Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer.

All prices on this web site are correct at time of publishing. Dynamic BMX Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Please be aware that delivery charges are non-refundable.

PURCHASING FROM US

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supply goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for any other purposes.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of  your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We aim to process every order within 24 hours. Delivery times may be extended.

BACK ORDERS

If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will automatically put it on back order for you. We will always contact you with the option of an alternative item or to cancel your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

Dynamic BMX Australia Pty Ltd does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Information is collected through the ordering process, or through e-mail enquires. Information gathered is not unsolicited mailing, either land mail or electronic.

REFUND POLICY

Firstly, you must notify within 7 days of receipt of the goods if you intend to return/cancel all or part of your order.

1)        Cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in an un-used condition and in original packaging. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during transport.

2)        Where incorrect, damaged or faulty goods have been supplied, these will be repaired/replaced at no charge to you, or a refund offered. It is your responsibility for returning the goods to us. Subject to goods being in original packaging and un-used in any way. Before any refunds are issued all returned goods will be inspected to confirm that they are faulty.
